The MHT CET Result 2024 was declared on June 16 by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.

After the CET result is announced, the counseling process will start in three rounds. For each round, seat intake is announced for the BPharma and Btech courses in Maharashtra’s top colleges.

What is the MHT-CET exam?
MHT CET exam is conducted to choose students for admission to the top-ranked institutes in engineering and pharmacy programs. It is held annually by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell.
The exam consists of three question papers. Paper 1 is mathematics; Paper 2 contains physics and chemistry; and Paper 3 is biology. To study engineering, Papers 1 and 2 are required while papers 2 and 3 are for pharmacy courses.

How will the MHT CET Result 2024 be calculated?
The authorities will use a normalization process to determine the students’ ranks and calculate the result. The score will appear as a percentile ranging from 0 to 100.
- Lowest Scores: Students with the lowest scores will get a 0 percentile.
- Topper’s Percentile: The highest-scoring students in the MHT CET exam will get a percentile of 100.
- Percentile Range: Marks between the lowest and highest scores will be converted into proper percentiles.
The percentile is determined up to five decimals. However, the authorities’ formula is Percentile Score = 100×(Number of candidates in the exam with normalized marks ≤ the candidate)/total number of students.

Merit List: MHT CET 2024
