UP Polytechnic Application Form 2024

  • The online application was released on the official website in December 2019
  • Candidates are allowed to submit their form only through online mode
  • The expected date for the last date of submitting the application form is February 2024.
  • During registration, a candidate should provide a valid mobile number to get exam updates via SMS.
  • While filling out the application form, there is no requirement for an Aadhar number.
  • Filling out the complete form is mandatory; either form gets rejected.
  • Multiple applications submitted by candidates will be rejected.
